Summer Book Club

Please join us for a summer book club examining the evolving landscape of copyright and intellectual property through the lens of authorship and creativity.

We will be reading Who Owns This Sentence?, a critical exploration of historical and contemporary debates surrounding ownership of language and ideas. Our conversations will engage with issues at the intersection of copyright, intellectual property, and artificial intelligence—considering how these frameworks have shaped, and continue to shape, creative expression.

Meeting Schedule:
Sessions will take place in person at 1:00 p.m. by the fireplace on the first floor of the Jim Dan Hill Library.

• July 3 – Chapters 24–31

• July 17 – Chapters 32–44
