This project is part of an ongoing collaboration between the Jim Dan Hill Library and the Mindfulness & Well-Being Working Group. Thoughtfully selected materials in this collection represent the multiple domains of a liberal arts education found within the richly diverse science of mindfulness and well-being.
Wherever you are in your mindfulness and well-being journey, the Mindfulness and Well-Being Collection has something for you! This includes a vast array of books, DVDs and other resources designed to teach and enhance your personal or professional well-being.
