We will offer six workshops related to OER on January 10th and 11th, with participants choosing at least four to attend. Topics covered will include Creative Commons; finding, creating, and using OER; and working with Open Education Network. Throughout, participants will:

• Learn techniques for finding, developing, implementing, and using Open Educational Resources in a scalable and sustainable way
• Evaluate existing OERs in their discipline, which may be used in upcoming courses
• Contribute to the Open Textbook Library
• Connect with other colleagues who are interested in OER and begin to create an OER network across campus

UW-Superior participants will be offered a $100 stipend for attending at least four sessions during the Intensive and a $100 stipend for completing the open textbook review through the Open Textbook Library. Participants will choose an open text from the Open Textbook Library and spend time reviewing it, with their review due on a cohort-decided date in February. Please note that this event will be held over Zoom, and once registered, participants will be provided a meeting link and a schedule.
